WASHINGTON, D.C. – A fatal shooting in Northeast D.C. early Thursday morning has left a young man dead.
At approximately 3:21 a.m. on June 20, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 4400 block of Hunt Place, Northeast. Upon arrival, they discovered 21-year-old Marcellus Jackson in the roadway with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
