Devion Patterson, Zaleia Young Obituary – In the early hours of Sunday at 2:20 a.m., the Caddo Sheriff’s Office received a report of a high-speed crash. Upon arrival, they found an overturned 2005 Toyota Camry, which had been reported stolen. Tragically, three individuals, identified as Devion Patterson (19), Jamario Washington (18), and Zaleia Young (17), lost their lives at the scene, as confirmed by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office.
Additionally, four individuals were injured in the incident, three of whom sustained serious injuries. The investigation revealed that the Camry was traveling at a high speed when it veered off the road, collided with two curbs, and ultimately flipped after striking a tree. The vehicle came to a rest in an upside-down position. Some of the occupants, who were not properly restrained, were ejected from the car during the crash.
Furthermore, authorities discovered a stolen firearm at the crash site.
