William Eve Obituary: The cyclist who tragically lost his life in a collision in Livonia over the weekend has been identified by Livingston County sheriff’s deputies. The deceased individual is William Eve, a 79-year-old resident of Livonia, Livingston County.
According to an official statement from the sheriff’s office, Eve was riding his bicycle north on East Lake Road when he collided with another vehicle at the intersection with Big Tree Road shortly before 7:40 a.m. on Saturday. Following the incident, Eve was swiftly transported to Strong Memorial Hospital via Mercy Flight, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
It is worth noting that no charges have been filed in relation to the crash, and there were no other reported injuries. The sheriff’s deputies are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into this tragic accident.
