Cody Hoberg was a resident of Newark, Ohio and worked with the National Trail Raceway. Cody won the JEGS Junior Dragster Race 10-year-old class in 2016. ”JEGS Junior Dragster Race Fans! This weekend the NHRA Jr Drag Racing League Eastern Conference Finals were held at Bristol Dragway “Thunder Valley”. Driver, Cody Hoberg, won the 10-year-old class. This would be equivalent to winning the pro stock championship, just at a younger age. The Eastern Finals is typically attended by upwards of 600 racers.”

The Midwest Jr Super Series held their combined NHRA Division 3 Jr Finals event on September 8-10, 2023 at Wagler Motorsports Park. The event featured numerous Junior Dragster classes including Age Groups, Outlaw 330, Q16, Indexes, Sportsman, and Pro Sportsman. All Age Group class winners also earned Division 3 Jr Championships!
The next event for the series will be October 7-8, 2023 at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park for the Halloween Haunting XV. This will not be a MJSS points event.
