Biane Burns Obituary – An 82-year-old woman has passed away due to the injuries sustained in a collision that occurred in Elkhart County at the end of last month. The incident occurred on the morning of May 31 at the junction of State Road 15 and County Road 42.
As per the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, a Honda Civic, which was turning south onto State Road 15, collided with a Chevy Silverado that was traveling north on the same road. The Honda Civic failed to yield the right of way to the Silverado.
Among the occupants of the Honda Civic, four individuals were injured, including the driver and three passengers. Sadly, one of the passengers, identified as 82-year-old Biane Burns from Brownsburg, sustained a head injury and was taken to the hospital. Tragically, she was pronounced dead on Thursday.
Furthermore, the driver of the Chevy Silverado and one of its passengers also sustained injuries in the crash.
