When it comes to crimes like burglary, you usually don’t think about Canyon, Texas as being a place that has to deal with this type of thing. Canyon is a smaller community, and for the most part, it’s pretty quiet. That’s how I remember my time living there. Unfortunately, police in Canyon are asking for help in identifying a suspect in a recent burglary.
Pharmacy In Canyon, Texas Suffers Burglary; Police Search For Suspect
According to the post on social media, the burglary took place at the Medi-Drive Pharmacy. It was in the early morning hours of June 3, 2024, when the suspect made his way inside the pharmacy, and he apparently didn’t have an invite to be there.
I don’t think it’s going to take long to find the individual considering the photos that were included in the post. You get a pretty good look at the guy, and he even appears to look straight into the camera at one point. Surely, someone can look at these photos and recognize the individual. He’s described as a slender white male with dark blonde or light brown hair.
The crazy part is the outfit. It sounds like whoever this suspect is just left getting in a sick workout. They’re wearing a sleeveless hoody, shorts, and white leggings. I’m never looking at people on treadmills the same after this. If you have any information, contact the Canyon Police Department.
What The Heck Is Going On In The Texas Panhandle
It seems like we’re starting to see an uptick in the number of news stories about crime in the Texas panhandle. Whether it’s DWIs, vandalism, or crazy fits of road rage it seems like the start of summer is the start of people losing their minds. We can definitely be better than this.
Maybe it’s time we all just took a big deep collective breath and just chilled out for a second. This summer is off to a rocky start; here’s to hoping it gets better.
