It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Shelby Hohn, a vibrant soul from Dimock, South Dakota. At the tender age of 20, Shelby’s promising journey was tragically cut short on Monday, June 10, 2024, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls due to complications arising from a devastating automobile accident.
To honor and remember Shelby’s life, a Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, June 14, at the cherished Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Dimock. Following the Mass, Shelby will be laid to rest at the peaceful Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery, where she will rest among the loving embrace of her community.
In heartfelt remembrance, friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation period on Thursday, June 13, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, also at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. This gathering offers an opportunity to share memories, offer condolences, and find solace in each other’s company during this time of profound loss.
