Ophelia is said to have been driven by White in a blue 2014 Jeep Compass Sport bearing the Iowa license plate LIU044. They are said to be heading for Muscatine County’s Nichols. Ophelia is a 15-year-old Caucasian girl who weighs 80 pounds, is 5 feet tall, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. When last spotted, she was sporting red shorts and a Disney blouse with short sleeves.
White is a 42-year-old white woman with green eyes and auburn hair who weighs 138 pounds and is 5 feet, 5 inches tall. It took some time for her friendship with Ophelia to become public.
