Walter D. Watkins Jr Obituary, Death – The fatal crash involving a motorcyclist occurred in Winston County during the early hours of the morning. The victim, identified as Walter D. Watkins Jr., was a 52-year-old resident of Bankston.
The incident took place at 4:50 a.m. on Tuesday along Alabama 13 close to U.S. 278, which is situated less than a mile from Lynn. According to Senior Trooper Cody Farrar, Watkins was operating a Harley Davidson when the vehicle veered off the road and flipped over.
As a result, Watkins was ejected from the motorcycle and tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
