Woman Killed In Single Car Accident At Caterham Roundabout: Officers were summoned to the Buxton Lane, Ninehams Road, and Salmons Lane West roundabout at approximately three in the morning on Sunday, June 9. Grey Mercedes E220 was involved in the collision. A guy and another woman in their 30s were hurt and sent to the hospital, while a 34-year-old lady passed away at the site.
The condition of the other woman is critical. We’ve notified their next of kin. A stocky, white male in his 30s or 40s was described as leaving the area. He was reportedly carrying a man-bag and sporting a white t-shirt. On the roundabout, there are road closures in place to allow emergency personnel to do their investigation.
The roads will be reopened as soon as possible, according to Surrey Police, who has requested cars to stay away from the area. For the man described, a witness appeal has been started.
