Mark Eugene Windham Death – A shooting incident in the Cross area of Berkeley County resulted in the death of Mark Eugene Windham, a 51-year-old resident of Eutawville. The Berkeley County coroner, Darnell Hartwell, confirmed Windham’s demise.
Allen Clyde Infinger, a 46-year-old individual from Holly Hill, has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in relation to the shooting. Deputies promptly arrived at the Canal One Stop on Trojan Road in Cross after receiving a report of a male gunshot victim around 7:30 a.m. on Monday.
The victim, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, was discovered by the deputies. Infinger is currently being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
