An incident was said to have happened early Tuesday, morning at the Oregon diner. According to reports, a guy was shot and killed. Witnesses said the victim was lying on the diner steps, bleeding out. Officials are responding to the scene and have yet to release an official statement. The girls school around the area is said to have been placed on lockdown.
