Kayhonna is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at her residence on 6th Street in Portsmouth, wearing black mesh shorts, white Crocs, purple socks, and a black and white shirt.
