A Farmington man is facing multiple motor vehicle charges in connection with a serious crash in Newington last November.
Rudolf Null, 27, was taken into custody Thursday on an active arrest warrant and charged with two counts of first-degree assault and one count each of first-degree reckless endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving, according to the Newington Police Department.
On Nov. 26, 2025, officers responded to the area of Fenn Road in the area of Eagle Drive around 7:44 p.m. on a report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries, police said.
Arriving officers found that three vehicles were involved in the crash. According to police, all five people involved in the collision sustained injuries.
“Among the injured was a juvenile who sustained serious injuries,” police said.
The investigation by the Midstate Accident Reconstruction Team determined that Null was the driver of the vehicle allegedly at fault for the crash, according to police.
Null was held on a $150,000 bond and appeared at New Britain Superior Court on Thursday.
