Sofi Tran Missing, found in Texas; The Fort Myers Police Department reports that a 3-year-old girl who was reported missing from Fort Myers has been located safe in Houston.
After being discovered in good health, Sofi Tran’s return to Florida is being organized by Texas Child Protective Services. The United States Marshals Service assisted in the arrest of Sofi’s father, Linh Tran. He is being charged with additional crimes in Texas, including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and drug-related offenses.
Following the resolution of his charges in Texas, Linh will be extradited to Florida. The Fort Myers Police Department made it clear that there is still action in this matter.
