Police were called to Washington Avenue and Quail Street at 1:15 a.m. in response to reports of someone hit by a car. They found a man victim, 64, in the road with critical injuries. At the scene, he was declared dead. The driver of the car pulled over and cooperated with the inquiry, according to the police.
