Death; Scott Mcilrath 59, Kokomo, IN, Has Passed Away From Car Accident: In a rural area of eastern McLean County, two SUVs collided on Monday, killing a 59-year-old man from Indiana, according to the authorities. At approximately 5:15 p.m. on Monday, two SUVs crashed close to McLean County’s 1600 North and 4000 East highways. The driver and only occupant of one of the vehicles was Scott Mcilrath of Kokomo, Indiana. That is in Anchor Township, some thirty miles east of Bloomington.
The McLean County coroner’s office reports that Mcilrath was declared dead at the scene from what appeared to be blunt injuries. According to officials, the male juvenile driver of the other SUV received medical attention and was later discharged from the hospital. The crash is being looked into by the coroner’s office and the sheriff’s department in McLean County.
