Taysian Mclennan Death; Beloved Wellington, New Zealand Citizen Has Passed Away: Last night, in the company of his friends and whānau, Taysian McLennan, a beloved Wellington, New Zealand citizen, died quietly. While the community has been greatly impacted by his departure, we are overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and condolences from so many individuals during this trying time. We want to express our sincere gratitude for all of the hundreds of letters of support and aroha that have helped us get through this difficult time.
Recognized for his kindness, compassion, and resolute support of people around him, Taysian was a cornerstone of the community. Throughout his life, he demonstrated a strong dedication to his friends, whānau, and the wider community, always being there to lend a supportive hand or offer consolation. His absence leaves a deep void, and his presence provided joy and brightness to many. As of right now, we are making plans to bring Taysian home to Wai-o-Turi Pā in Patea; depending on the coroner’s schedule, we hope to do so today.
