Head-On Crash On NC 690 In Moore County – Motorcycle Rider Airlifted To Hospital Afterwards:
Following a head-on collision on N.C. Highway 690 on Sunday night, a motorcyclist was taken to the hospital. An automobile and a motorbike collided head-on close to McGill Road and Lobelia Road just before 11 p.m.
The State Highway Patrol (SHP) reports that a vehicle was trying to turn onto McGill Road when the driver struck a motorbike that was going the other way. According to officials, the motorcyclist suffered severe injuries and had to be flown to a trauma facility. The collision was attended to by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, Moore County EMS, Crains Creek Fire & Rescue, and SHP. The crash is being looked at by the SHP.
