Mark Coulter Obituary – The identity of the individual who lost their life in a fatal collision on Route 309 during the weekend has been established by the Luzerne County Coroner. According to Coroner Jill Matthews, emergency crews were summoned to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on May 18, specifically on Route 309 of Old Highway Road in Dalls Township.
Matthews further reveals that Mark Coulter, aged 61, the driver of one of the vehicles involved, was pronounced deceased at the location of the incident.
An autopsy was conducted on the victim by Dr. Charles Siebert, who determined that the cause of death was a result of multiple traumatic injuries sustained during the crash.
