It was a Super Tuesday for Connecticut connections at the Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy, as no less then five athletes were in the spotlight. The group included skier Mac Forehand and speed skater Kristen Santos-Griswold (Fairfield), Olivia Giaccio (Redding) in snowboard moguls, Team USA captain Hilary Knight (Choate-Wallingford) leads her team against arch-rival Canada, and, of course, Simsbury native Max Naumov gets his Games going with the men’s figure skating short program.
