Caroline Dowling Obituary ;11yr old Blackshear Girl Died In An All Terrain Vehicle ,GA: ATV accident killed 11-year-old Caroline Dowling of Blackshear in Pierce County yesterday evening. County officials said Caroline died after the 7:00 p.m. collision. Caroline was a Pierce County fifth-grader at Patterson Elementary School (PES). PES shared a photo of Caroline at school this morning, stating that Heaven’s gain is our worldly loss.
Miss Caroline Dowling, a 5th grader at PES, will always be our friend and a lovely student we cherish for her compassion, gentle nature, and companionship on earth and the imprint she left on our hearts forever. Our PES family prays for the Dowling and Bennett families.
Dowling is the daughter of Dr. Leslie Bennett Dowling and David Dowling. Though they are still pending, Miss Dowling’s funeral will be handled by Hart Funeral Home in Blackshear. Please offer prayers for Drake, the son of David and Leslie Dowling. Caroline, their daughter, died away yesterday. I wish that no parent ever had to experience losing a kid. Offer prayers for their friends, classmates, family, and the town of Blackshear. It has suffered a great deal of loss recently. Please everyone pray for her family, friends, school, and community!
