Police are investigation a stabbing in waterbury on Friday that left a man hospitalized in critical condition.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Wood Street around 12:55 p.m. following a report of an man who had been stabbed, according to the Waterbury Police Department.
Officers located the man who had sustained stab wounds, police said. He was transported to a local hospital where he was listed was in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
The incident remains an active investigation, according to police.
