Dimas Juarez Jacobo,Ulises Fuentes Jordan Obituary – Two adolescents lost their lives in James City County early Thursday morning, resulting in the closure of Pocahontas Trail. As per the authorities of James City County, an 18-year-old named Dimas Juarez Jacobo was driving a black 2007 Acura TSX at a significantly high speed in the 8500 block of Pocahontas Trail, near Howard Drive and Jackson Street. At 2:20 a.m., emergency services discovered the overturned car with live powerlines obstructing the road, as Jacobo had collided with a utility pole. Tragically, Jacobo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger, 18-year-old Ulises Fuentes Jordan, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle during the accident. He, too, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities suspect that alcohol consumption and excessive speeding may have contributed to the crash.
