A man faces charges for allegedly robbing someone at gunpoint in South Windsor last December during an online marketplace sale.

Charles N. Woodall, 19, of East Hartford was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and a single count each of carrying a pistol without a permit, first-degree robbery and criminal use of a weapon, according to the South Windsor Police Department.

Police said the charges stem from an incident that was reported in the Target parking lot at 125 Buckland Hills Drive where Woodall and the victim had arranged to meet through social media.

According to police, Woodall allegedly pointed a gun at the victim during the exchange and stole the shoes the man was selling. Police said Woodall also made off with the money he was supposed to use for the shoes.

When he was charged, Woodall was already being held in custody in connection with an incident in another town, police said. He was held on a $250,000 bond and was expected to face a judge in Manchester Superior Court.
