Zachary H. Trivitt Death – One individual has passed away as a result of a shooting that occurred in the vicinity of 12th Street and Benton Boulevard in Kansas City early Saturday. The Kansas City police received an initial call at approximately 3 a.m. regarding a disturbance involving a weapon in the area, which was later upgraded to a shooting incident.
Upon arrival, law enforcement was informed by an individual at a business that their friend had been shot. Subsequently, the police discovered an unresponsive man inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound, as stated by Officer Alayna Gonzalez of the Kansas City Police Department. Medical personnel pronounced the man deceased at the scene. The victim was identified as 27-year-old Zachary H. Trivitt.
The police are treating the death as a homicide and are actively working on identifying a person of interest, Gonzalez mentioned. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and no suspects are currently in custody.
