The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Kymere Allen. Allen, along with another 19-year-old male, sustained gunshot wounds on the 400 block of S. Heald St., as reported by the Wilmington Police Department. The second teenager was transported to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.
