Breana Fontenot Obituary – Law enforcement officials reported that a fatal accident occurred in Talladega County when a train collided with the truck the victim was in. The incident took place around 4:45 p.m. on Sunday at the junction of Talladega County Highway 207 and the CSX railroad crossing, approximately five miles west of Talladega city.
The victim, identified as Breana Fontenot, a 20-year-old from Denham Springs, Louisiana, was a passenger in a Ford F-150 that was struck by the train. Fontenot tragically passed away at the scene, while the driver of the truck was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. The cause of the collision remains unknown, and fortunately, no other individuals were harmed. The investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
