George Christian Frank Obituary, – The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has identified the bicyclist who was fatally struck in South Carolina over the weekend. George Christian Frank, 56, of Simpsonville, tragically lost his life just before 8 p.m. on Sunday after being hit by a minivan, according to Senior Deputy Coroner Kristy Strange. The incident occurred on Woodruff Road near Angie Lane in Simpsonville, as reported by Strange.
Senior Trooper Brandon Bolt of the South Carolina Highway Patrol mentioned that the minivan was traveling west on Woodruff Road when it collided with Frank, who was riding his bicycle on the west side of the road, heading east. Fortunately, the driver of the minivan did not sustain any injuries, Bolt confirmed.
