Morris was a standout point guard for Michigan and an integral part of John Beilein’s attack throughout his time as a Wolverine. Morris, who is renowned for his superb passing abilities, led the Big Ten in assists in the 2010–11 campaign and was named to the All–Big Ten team for his remarkable play. With 235 assists in the season, he also set a record for the most assists for U-M. Trey Burke and Zavier Simpson eventually eclipsed this total.
