Samantha Cisneros,Taryn Allen Obituary – The Clovis Police Department is currently searching for a suspect who may have abducted a child after two women were discovered deceased and another child was injured at a city park on Friday afternoon. The incident was reported to the department’s dispatch center at 4:26 p.m. on May 3, following a 911 call from an individual who reported finding two deceased women at Ned Houk Park, located five miles north of Clovis.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the two female victims with gunshot wounds near a silver Dodge minivan. A young girl was also found with a head injury. Medical assistance was provided to the child, who was then transported to Plains Regional Medical Center and later transferred to a hospital in Lubbock. The deceased women were identified as Samantha Cisneros, 23, and Taryn Allen, 23, both from Texico, N.M. Authorities discovered an infant car seat, stroller, and baby bottle at the scene, raising concerns about a missing infant.
Investigators suspect that a 10-month-old child, Eleia Maria Torres, was abducted by the perpetrator of the crime. An Amber Alert was issued for the infant, who is believed to be in immediate danger. The 9th Judicial Major Crime Unit has taken over the investigation and is actively working on the case.
