Two people are facing charges after a viral video circulated showing a fight inside a West Hartford Chipotle location.

Imani Joseph, of Ansonia, and Chad McKoy, of Waterbury, have both been arrested and face charges including third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Both were released on a $10,000 bond and are scheduled to appear in Hartford Community Court on January 14, according to the West Hartford Police Department.

The video, which was widely posted on social media, shows what appears to be a customer throwing something at an employee behind the counter as a number of other customers look on. Joseph and McKoy then can be seen moving around the counter and into the employee area where they start attacking different workers, the video shows.

The incident took place on Dec. 13 inside a Chipotle location at 1457 New Britain Avenue, according to police.

Police said they responded to the scene after it was reported that a man and a woman both went behind the counter and assaulted two employees after a verbal argument about an order. As police arrived, both Joseph and McKoy had left the scene, according to police.

Police said the suspects were identified and an arrest warrant was granted on Jan. 5.
