George Toman, Obituary – The man who died in a crash on April 25 has been identified by the Montgomery County Police Department. The incident occurred when the man, identified as 65-year-old George Toman of Poolesville, was traveling north on River Road and failed to stop at a stop sign near Seneca Road.
As a result, his vehicle crossed Seneca Road and collided with a tree off the road. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Concerned about his absence, his family members contacted 911.
