Jadis Nelson Obituary Death; – The individual critically injured in a shooting at a club near Myrtle Beach earlier this month has been identified as Jadis Nelson, 22, from Rockingham, North Carolina. Unfortunately, Nelson passed away just after 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, where he had been receiving treatment following the incident.
The shooting took place on April 7 around 1:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the 3001 Nightclub on Lake Arrowhead Road, according to Horry County police. Two other individuals were also injured in the shooting and were transported to local hospitals in private vehicles before law enforcement arrived on the scene. Roger Davisson, the owner of 3001 Nightlife, expressed regret on the company’s Facebook page, stating that the altercation was between two individuals intent on harming each other.
He emphasized that the gunfire was directed at each other and not at the club itself, and expressed gratitude that no innocent customers were harmed during the incident. Additional details are not currently available.
