Creed Felton Obituary, – One individual passed away, and two others sustained injuries following a consecutive collision in Yukon on Friday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 7 p.m. on Interstate 40 close to Czech Hall Road.
A statement from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol indicated that a Mitsubishi had come to a stop on the outer shoulder of eastbound I-40 as a result of a previous collision on the road.
A Hyundai decelerated on the road due to the collision, leading to a semi-truck driver crashing into the rear of the Hyundai, as per a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Subsequently, the Hyundai veered off the road and collided with the Mitsubishi. A passenger in the Mitsubishi, identified as 24-year-old Creed Felton by OHP, was trapped for an unspecified period.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene due to injuries sustained from the collision.
The drivers of the Mitsubishi and the Hyundai were taken to hospitals in Oklahoma City, where they were listed in critical condition, as reported by OHP. The driver of the semi-truck did not sustain any injuries, according to the report.
