Lisa Roberts Obituary, Death – Our dear friend Lisa Roberts passed away unexpectedly the week before, which was a tragic and unanticipated turn of circumstances. She exemplified the human race in a way that was quite remarkable. As the Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Association in Eastern North Carolina, she was able to make the necessary arrangements for me to become a member of the organization so that I could become an advocate for the disease.
It was because of her actions that I was able to establish a membership in the Association. She possessed a smile that was contagious, genuine compassion, and thoughtfulness, all of which were attributes that were impossible to ignore. Her smile was contagious. The thoughtfulness that she shown was never taken into consideration in any way, shape, or form.
We would like going out to breakfast and having a discussion about politics in addition to having a wonderful time, laughing a lot, and constantly talking about our parents. In addition, we would always speak about our parents. This would be an amazing opportunity for us to participate in. She had been looking forward to hearing tales about her father from her earlier years with a great deal of expectation on her part, and she was looking forward to hearing them with great excitement.
Lisa was the one who would pick me up and carry me to a variety of events and board meetings since I was no longer able to drive. She was the one who was responsible for my transportation. She was the one who would move me, in addition to the fact that was the case. She made it a routine to get in touch with me on a frequent basis in order to ask about my health and to get an update on my situation.
