A unique stuffed breakfast bagel that sells out every day since it was introduced a little more than week ago may be worth a trip to this coffee shop from anywhere in Connecticut.

It’s the stuffed bacon, egg and cheese bagel, a from scratch bagel baked fresh with bacon, egg and cheese inside.

“The most delicious part about is that it’s fresh,” said Robyn Bordes, who owns the coffee shop with her husband, Michael Bordes, “When it comes out, it’s perfection, it’s so delicious”

The stuffed bagel is available at the Bordes’ coffee shop, Love You a Latte in Greenwich, at 160 Hamilton Ave.

The coffee shop is right next to their restaurant that’s ultra popular in Greenwich, Constantino’s Pasta Bowls, which serves house-made pastas, steak and other Italian fare, named for Robyn’s father.

Some guests, who come from far and wide, eat there and go next door for dessert, she said.

The coffee shop described repeatedly in online reviews as “cozy” and “clean” also specializes in baked goods and offers 50 to 60 latte flavors, more than the average. Bordes said the Nutella flavor is popular, along with Tiramisu and gingerbread this time of year. The hot chocolate comes with chocolate shavings on top.

‘We are always adding more flavors and products,” she said. “We are always using creativity.”

For now they do breakfast and desserts, but recently hired another baker so they can offer more items in January, including expanding to lunch. They’ve already added Monte Cristo sandwiches and doughnuts to the menu.

In addition to the stuffed bagel, they sell breakfast sandwiches on house-baked rolls, and the baked goods products include chocolate almond and plain croissants, scones of pumpkin, blueberry, chocolate, and cinnamon rolls.

“Everything in house is from scratch. I love it,” Robyn Bordes said. “It’s a laid back place with competitive prices.”

She said the business will turn 2 years old in March and is growing fast, even though it’s not on the main road.

Robyn Bordes said she saw the idea for the stuffed bagel on Instagram and it went viral, so she asked her baker to turn it into reality.

The baker had it figured out by the next day and it was “delicious,” she said. The baker makes a dough for the bagel, rolls it out, puts the cooked eggs, bacon, American cheese inside, and bakes it together.

“Everything’s made fresh in it,” she said. The stuffed bagel is $8 and sells out every day, she said.

The coffee shop has a seating area with a couch, chairs, tables and also free WiFi.

Robyn Bordes said she and Michael, who also have careers apart from the restaurant business, have always loved coffee shops. She is CEO and owner of Illumination PR in New York, but said she has “loved every second” of the restaurant business.

Robyn Bordes said she loves the “creativity and the “people.”

They get their coffee from Coffee Labs Roasters Inc. in Tarrytown and it gets a lot of praise in customer reviews.

One reviewer wrote, “I think I found my coffee home.”

He went on to say the location is “a bit off from where I am, but definitely worth the drive.”

“I had their cinnamon roll and wow it was delicious,” he wrote.

Another fan wrote: “They have great unique options one of them being a lavender honey latte and it was so good.”

The guest commented on “the nice little living room area to enjoy your drink and treats. Giving a feeling of home touch to it.”
