Adam Kingsley Obituary – A great sense of loss has been left in the Fox Chapel community and beyond as a result of the demise of Adam Kingsley Dajani on Monday, November 29, 2021. Adam, who was 34 years old, was a cherished son, brother, and friend. His unflinching optimism, contagious laughter, and giving attitude left an indelible mark on the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing him. Adam, who was born in Pittsburgh on May 4, 1987, was the cherished son of Najib Abdel Fattah El Dajani and Mary Kathryn Shadduck Karas. Adam was born on May 4. He had lived in Fox Chapel for his whole life, and he had a strong connection to the community that he took such great pride in.
Adam continued his interest in engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he was able to further his education. Adam was able to demonstrate a sharp intellect, inventive problem-solving skills, and a drive to perfection throughout his whole career, which allowed him to achieve remarkable success in his industry. In addition to making substantial contributions to the engineering profession, he also left an indelible mark on the people he collaborated with and the projects he worked on and completed.
Adam will be remembered not only for his professional endeavors, but also for his inexhaustible generosity, his colorful personality, and his ability to recognize the good in everyone he came into contact with. At the same time that his presence illuminated every room he entered, he possessed a special talent for bringing happiness and laughter into the lives of other people. Adam’s generosity and compassion knew no limitations; it didn’t matter if he was spending time with his family and friends, getting involved in activities that he was passionate about, or assisting people who were struggling.
Faith served as a compass for Adam’s life, and he was a devoted member of both Greater Works Outreach Church in Monroeville and Abundant Joy Fellowship Church in Tarentum. Both of these churches were located in Monroeville. It was his relationship with God that provided him with both solace and strength, and his spiritual path held a great deal of significance for him.
The memory of Adam will be treasured for all time by those who were close to him, especially his stepfather, Steven Michael Karas, as well as his three siblings, Thomas Kingsley Jennings, Robert Kingsley Karas, and Grant Kingsley Karas, all of whom reside in Fox Chapel. Further surviving members of his family include his maternal grandparents, Dr. Richard Kingsley Shadduck and Shirley Temple Shadduck, who reside in Savannah, Georgia, as well as his paternal grandmother, Claire Wanis, who resides in Cairo, Egypt. Abdel Fattah Dajani, Adam’s grandfather on his father’s side, passed away before him, and he now joins the memory of his beloved grandfather in eternal peace.
In the midst of our sorrow over the passing of Adam Kingsley Dajani, let us find solace in the cherished memories we shared with him and the legacy of love, kindness, and joy that he left behind. We pray that his spirit will continue to shine brightly in our hearts, motivating us to live each day with compassion, generosity, and thankfulness. It is my hope that we will find comfort in the knowledge that Adam’s soul is now at rest, encircled by the unending love and grace of our Heavenly Father. Adam, my dear friend, rest in peace. You are going to be sorely mourned and deeply remembered for all time.
