Robert Simmons Obituary, Death – Robert Sidney Simmons, who was 73 years old at the time of his death, passed away on December 27, 2023, at his residence. His mother, Donna Joy Marshall, and his father, Roger William Simmons, welcomed him into the world on January 8th, 1950, in the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Bob served as a military policeman in the United States Air Force and was a member of the United Auto Workers Local 1231. He also served in the United States Air Force. In addition, he worked at General Motors for a total of 36.5 years over his career. Bob enjoyed going on road trips on his Harley, going boating, getting together with friends, listening to music and dancing, going to the casino, and going to the movies. He also enjoyed going to the movies.
He was a member of the Sand Lake Eagles and the American Legion Boat and Canoe Club for a considerable amount of time. Both of these organizations include the American Legion. Additionally, Bob’s brother, Terry Simmons, as well as both of his parents, Donna Joy Blundell and Roger William Simmons, had already passed away before to his own passing.
There are a number of people who are left behind after Bob’s passing, including his life partner, Tina Lewis, her son Ronnie Lewis, his son Robert W. Simmons, his daughter Julie L. Simmons, his grandchildren Kaylyn Colvin and Austin Harris, his great-grandchildren Jaxson Nelson and Brooklyn Nelson, and his brother Kurt Simmons. Additionally, there are a large number of friends and family members who are left behind.
