Police are investigating an untimely death in Milford on Thursday night.
The death occurred in a Walmart parking lot at 1365 Boston Post Road, according to the Milford Police Department.
“At this time, there is no threat to the public, and the incident appears to be isolated in nature,” the department said in a statement.
The victim has not been identified.
Police said they are investigating along with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner — which was expected to conduct an autopsy.
“Out of respect for the individual and their family, and due to the active nature of the investigation, no further details will be released at this time,” police said.
