Edna Saxton Death – Edna Saxton, a dear and treasured friend of ours, passed away recently. It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of this news. Unfortunately, I have to break this sad news to you. During the time that she was a member of the Free Gospel Deliverance Temple, she was able to recall a tremendous lot of wonderful memories. Her disappearance will result in the creation of a significant void.Douglas C. Saxton, the man who had been her spouse for the past 42 years, had already passed away prior to the demise of Perrie. It was before his passing that she had passed away.
There was a time when the two of them had lived together in the same house. She is survived by their family, her three sons, Richard S. Wright and his wife, Robin Wright, Mark Wright and his fiancé, Dayle O’Connor, David Wright and his wife, Gerri Wright; his two daughters, Kathryn Weagley, Connie Gross and her husband, Ed Gross; four grandchildren, Jared Wright and his wife, Emily Wright, Justin Wright, Mike Saunders and his wife, Danielle Saunders, Emily Stefanski and her husband, Mike Stefanski, Jessica Stringer and her husband, Jonathan Stringer, and Hallie Wright; 10 great-grandchildren,
Maria Saunders, Hank and Ivy Stefanski, Landon and Wesley Saunders, Martin, Leighna, Kalleigh, and Joleighn Stringer, Finn Wright; as well as numerous cousins and close friends. Additionally, during the course of her lifetime, her first husband, Stewart K. Wright, left before she did. This occurred before she left. Both Jacob Earl and Barbara Mae Sitterly Perrine were residents of Gloversville, and E. Perrie Saxton was their daughter. Both of her parents went by the name of Perrine. She was born in Gloversville on February 24, 1932, and both of her parents were permanent residents of the city at the time of her birth.
