Anthony Kalz Death -It is with the heaviest of hearts that I write this post. The passing of Michael Weinstein occurred in my arms at home on Thursday morning. He passed away gently. On a daily basis, Michael and I celebrated our love for one another. He was the love of my life. I believe that I will miss him very much. He had no desire to attend the funeral service.
He merely desired to convey to his friends and bandmates the extent to which he enjoyed participating in musical performances with them. Ken Kessler, Larry This is Dean A. Summers. A. Hickey, Jill A. Sherman, Greg A. Sherman, Scott To name just a few, there is Frank Vestry. It was almost as much fun for him to spend time with me and his cats as it was for him to spend the majority of his life performing, and he took great pleasure in each and every second he spent on stage.
Even though it has only been forty-eight hours, I am still attempting to come to terms with the awful void that exists in my heart. When we decide whether or not to hold a memorial service for Michael, I will make sure that everyone is aware of the details. For the time being, I require some space to grieve. It was one of the things that Michael emphasized to me that he never wanted me to quit going on stage.
I would like to express my gratitude to Gary Wayne for giving me the opportunity to continue working with him on the Duo and for agreeing to fulfill Michael’s final desire. I would want to express my gratitude to Connie Medina for establishing the GoFundMe page in order to assist with the costs.
