Donald Proffit Obituary – Donald W. Proffit, who resided in Clarksdale, Missouri, passed away on March 27, 2024. He was 64 years old at the time of his passing. On October 5, 1959, in the city of Topeka, Kansas, Larry W. and Edith A. Proffit became parents for the first time. They welcomed their son into the world. Donald was well-known for his unwavering dedication and exceptionally strong work ethic, both of which he regularly displayed throughout his whole life. Both of these qualities earned him a lot of respect.
He began his professional life as a truck driver, a vocation that he continued for more than three decades, exhibiting his dedication and determination throughout his career. He was a truck driver. As his professional life advanced, he made the transition to serving the community by working as a security officer at the Kansas City Airport. In this role, he was accountable for ensuring the safety of a significant number of passengers.
He finally achieved the conclusion of his professional journey by retiring from Walmart, where he had been employed as an automobile technician for a considerable amount of time up until the point where he finally announced his retirement. Donald learned that being outside provided him both solace and pleasure, and this was true regardless of the professional context. It was something that he valued to be able to spend time fishing and hunting, activities that allowed him to find peace and quiet in the midst of nature.
The freedom that came with being out on the open road whenever he could was another one of his hobbies, and he enjoyed riding motorcycles whenever he had the opportunity to do so. His children, Shauna Smith (which is married to Justin), Brenda Sue, Jennifer Ostler, Jessica Hartman (which is married to Alex), Megan Buckler (which is married to Chris), and Jonathan Baker (which is married to Mary), will always cherish the memories of their father.
Donald. An additional way in which his legacy will continue to be carried on is through his fifteen cherished grandkids. A great number of his nieces and nephews, as well as his siblings Louis Thrope (Nancy), Ronald Proffit (Lee), Candius Bucher (Martin), Jerry Proffit (Jennifer), and Kenneth Proffit (Kathy), will remember him with affection from this day forward. In addition, his siblings will remember him with affection.
The deaths of Donald’s parents, Larry and Edith Proffit, as well as his nieces, Christy Calhoun and Kimberly Proffit, occurred prior to his own passing.
