kenneth Cook Obituary, Death – Kenneth Cook, who had been a professor of engineering at Lawrence Technological University for half a century, passed away on Thursday, March 21, at the age of 82. He had a career that lasted over seven decades. In 1964, Cook began his employment at LTU in the capacity of an adjunct lecturer. Throughout his career as a teacher, he was a well-liked instructor who was well-known for his entertaining classroom presentations. These presentations made use of his professional-level skills as a magician. Both of these presentations were well-known.
In 1964, Cook graduated from LTU with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. This was the same institution that he had attended and graduated from in the past. In order to earn an associate’s degree, Cook went to DeVry Technical Institute in Chicago after completing his high school education and graduating from an institution. After that, he collaborated with his brother to launch a business that specialised in the construction of radio and television towers.
At the time, the institution was called as Lawrence Institute of Technology, and he enrolled there in the year 1960. After completing his education, he found employment at the medical school of Wayne State University, where he was a part of the team that participated in the installation of a microwave linear particle accelerator apparatus. Cook created a company in the then-emerging field of programmable logic controllers for factory automation thanks to the fact that he met a future business partner there.
