Macon, Georgia was the location of Stanley’s birth on December 8, 1940. His parents, the late Arthur Stanley Jones Sr. and Dawson Comer, were his parents. The death of his daughter Michelle Denise Jones came before that of his parents. He was also preceded in death by his parents. Betty and Lewis Brinson are a sister and brother-in-law, respectively. Stanley was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gray, where he served as a deacon, taught Sunday School classes, and was a leader for the younger generation. on addition, he and Mary Jo participated on mission trips to the respective states of West Virginia and Oklahoma. Stanley was a caring and outgoing individual, which helped to his success in business. He was an extrovert by nature which contributed to his success.
Every everyone who knew him cherished him, and he was a buddy who was loyal to his friends. “Let’s Play Ball” was the phrase that he used to get you going every time. He was larger than life. His involvement with Next Step Drug Rehabilitation was driven by his passion for individuals who faced with addiction issues. However, his health prevented him from attending the program until it was no longer possible for him to come. The memories of Stanley, who was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, will be treasured by his siblings and grandchildren for all time.
His wife of sixty-three years, Mary Jo, his sons Arthur Lee Jones (and his wife Katy), Michael Jones (and his wife Monae Leann), and his grandchildren Kassandra Mae Watts (and her husband Charles), Michael Kory Jones, Brantley Bates, Amber Yelvington (and her husband Seth), William Ethan Jones (and his wife Katie), and Elise Jones are among those who survive Stanley. There are great grandchildren, including Isaac, Emmett, Owen, Case, Jacquez, Taezon, Cayson, and Kaleah. Katherine Cawley, who is married to Trent, and Molly Kaitlyn Gatewood, who is married to Layton.
