LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The weekend is upon us, and there are plenty of things to do and see across Kentuckiana.
Here are a selection of events, markets, concerts and more happening Friday, March 14 to Sunday, March 16, 2025.
Louisville Arcade Expo
The 14th year of the Louisville Arcade Expo will bring a weekend of retro excitement. There are hundreds of arcade and pinball machines on free play and every console on site.
The three day event runs Friday from 2-11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There’s also classic computers, cosplay, music and vendors. Attendees can also participate in repro pub trivia, a pinball tournament and a mystery game fight club.

Kubota PBR Louisville
Bull riding is bucking its way back into the KFC Yum! Center in downtown Louisville.
For the third consecutive year, Professional Bull Riders (PBR) has brought back the “Unleash the Beast” show on March 15-16.
The top 40 bull riders in the world will compete for points in the race to be crowned 2025 PBR World Champion.
Until the event returned in 2021, PBR’s premier series hadn’t been in Louisville since 2013. The adrenaline rush of PBR begins at 7:45 p.m. on Friday and 6:45 p.m. Saturday.

The Cirque Italia
Have you ever wished you could turn back time? To go back to a simpler, happy time filled with sock hops, drive-in theaters, muscle cars, and thick sideburns?
Come along for the ride when a 1950s-obsessed adolescent falls asleep and dreams of living in this revolutionary era.
This high-octane show is guaranteed to captivate and engage every kiddo and Daddy-O in the audience.
The animal-free show features performers from Argentina, Brazil, Romania, and many other countries. Master jugglers, low wire fanatics, dazzling contortion, wild trampoline antics, and even a wheel of death!

Superheroes Spring into Action at the Zoo
The Louisville Zoo is hosting a series of weekend events featuring popular comic book superheroes for kids of all ages.
The “Meet Me at the Zoo” event series starts March 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. That’s when superheroes will be on hand to greet their fans and pose for pictures. Character meet and greets are FREE with Zoo admission or a Louisville Zoo membership, according to a news release.
There will also be a chance for guests to learn about some of their favorite animals and their own wild “superpowers.”

May 17
Meet Me at the Zoo: Storybook Character Day featuring Curious George, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Pete the Cat, the Bernstein Bears (Brother and Sister Bear), Llama Llama, and Paddington Bear.
June 8
Meet Me at the Zoo: Royal Rendezvous will feature princesses who have traveled from faraway lands.
August 9
Meet Me at the Zoo: Pirate Party lets guests set sail on an awesome adventure as some of the most notorious scallywags on the high seas raid the Zoo.

Kentuckiana Cluster of Dog Shows
Dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds will take over the Kentucky Expo Center this weekend.
The Kentuckiana Cluster of Dog Shows runs through Sunday, bringing thousands of dogs and their owners to Louisville.
The best of the best dogs will compete for top honors in different events, including obedience, rally, fast cat and dock diving.
There are about 3,500 entries each day, and people are invited to come watch the action. Organizers said the cluster has been going on for 100 years, and is the “Kentucky Derby of the dog show world.”
There are also dozens of vendors available to explore. The lobby will also be filled with live music from 12-2 p.m. Saturday, courtesy of the Tiffany Lynn Puckett Trio.
Adult tickets are $10, while seniors and kids under 13 are $5. Kids under the age of three are free. Military and first responders—EMT, fire and police—are also free with proper identification.
Parking is $15 at the gate for a single day in/out pass at the Expo Center. Single-day, one-time entrance passes can be purchased online in advance for $13 by clicking here.
The event takes place in Broadbent Arena, the Pavilion, the West Hall and West Wing of the Expo Center.
