On May 18, 2024, at approximately 11:04 P.M., the Vallejo Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to a report of a shooting on the 2900 block of Redwood Parkway.
Upon arrival, patrol officers located an adult male and female, each suffering from at least one gunshot wound. They provided both victims with medical aid until medical personnel arrived.

The female victim who was killed has been identified as 24-year-old Rachel Dulay Gonzale.
