It’s time to start thinking about some warmer adventure.
The Adventure Park at Storrs will reopen for the season on Friday, March 27. The park, which includes nine trails and 28 ziplines, will also be offering its annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Trees, according to a statement.
The park includes a variety of bridges, tightropes, ladders and ziplines. Guests wear harnesses with clips, ensuring they are locked on to the course at all times until they reach the end, according to a statement. The main trails are designed for ages 7 to adult and there is an Adventure Playground with low-to-the-ground experiences for ages 3 to 6.
“We’re excited to kick off another season of outdoor adventure and welcome both returning climbers and first-time guests,” said Jesse Pasacreta, park manager. “After a long winter, there’s nothing better than getting outside, challenging yourself, and having fun in the fresh air.”
The park said guests that visit between March 27 and April 5 can purchase the season starter deal. The deal is to buy a general admission ticket and receive a ticket to return anytime in 2026.

The Adventure Park has spring break hours from April 11 to April 29. The park will be open Sundays to Thursdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during those days.
The Easter Egg Hunt in the Trees is free to participate in with the purchase of a climbing ticket. “Guests can search for hidden ‘eggs’ while climbing through the park’s trails, and at the end of their adventure, enjoy a sweet treat from the Park Store,” according to a statement.
Non-climbing participants are admitted free of charge and can enjoy the property’s nature trails, picnic tables and firepit.
