According to a ranking by Canada Sports Betting, “aliens really like Connecticut.”
Each state was ranked based on “where people most often report UFO experiences that go beyond a simple sighting,” according to Canada Sports Betting, with Connecticut landing 10th overall.
“In Connecticut, reports involving close encounters, missing time, or unexplained experiences show up about once for every 70 residents, based on several years of UFO reporting data — a higher rate than many larger states,” according to Canada Sports Betting.
Another New England state, New Hampshire, topped the list with one of our every 50 residents, according to Canada Sports Betting. Vermont and Maine also made the top 10 in third and fourth place, respectively.

“The ranking doesn’t claim aliens are real or that abductions are actually happening,” Canada Sports Betting went on to say. “Instead, it shows where Americans are most likely to report experiences that sound like an abduction story — and turns those patterns into a simple, visual map.”
