A man faces charges after police say he jumped out of a window in Waterbury at a home where a woman reported finding someone in the residence.
Officers responded to the home on Hawkins Street on Wednesday shortly before 8:30 a.m. after a woman reported that a man was “inside her home and fled out the window,” according to the Waterbury Police Department.
Officers apprehended the man and identified him as 18-year-old Joshua Inga Paz y Mino of Waterbury, police said. He was charged with interfering with police and breach of peace.
According to police, an investigation found that the incident was not a burglary and was instead considered a “disturbance.”
